This week I tried to squat as much as possible. I squatted, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; and by Thursday I had enough.
Today I may squat and bench; though we'll see what happens.
I haven't logged any of work out, but I did log some of reps of my back squat:
I'll be sharing more of the data when I get it. The nice thing of having no data is that our brains don't make some story that "wow I did so much I'll be exhausted by tomorrow"; which still happened in terms of squats.
