Today I go over what I did yesterday, 2023-07-11.
I talk about why I started to use plates instead of bowls and started using an electric tooth brush.
Plates are easy to clean. Some things in life are easy to maintain; and using those things are worth using.
Then I talk about why lack of feeling of fulfillment from the day will keep me up late. I stayed up working on a coding project and exposed myself to blue light too late. My sleep last night suffered for it.
Lastly, I did low volume squats yesterday. I'll upload a video and chat about it soon.
