Today I woke up around 3:30am and spilled water on my keyboard. I was having a hard time going back to sleep so I read a bit of The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson
A fun book that I’ve listen to and skimmed through at an airport; I’m really enjoying some of the messages it provides in the book. Not “trying”, managing expectation, the importance of disappointment, entitlement, and having a proper values to measure are great lessons to be reminded of.
Then I went for a walk and listen to more of the Lean Start Up.
Although I couldn’t recall during the audio, the idea of “Just in Time” manufacturing, batch sizes, and pull vs push manufacturing are very interesting lessons. I’m having a hard time applying some of the lesson into my own business to be honest.
Rambling through, I mention my gratitude to have nice things to spill things on. Silly me, don’t put water by your nice things and take care of them.
P.S. I fixed my switch thanks to this video
