I'm listening Lean Start Up By Eric Reis and I'm enjoying it so far. I'm happy that I'm reading this book now and not back in the day. I feel it has more value if you are already in a startup or business.
During this walk, I'm questioning what the importance of analytics is in my business, Companion Education.
Why have people paid me money for my services? What's the reason?
I also see Lean Start Up well paired with Modern Software Engineer by Dave Farley. Both of the books understand the cyclical nature of experimenting, getting feedback, learning, and acting on that feedback.
There still more to apply and learn for my business and approach to software.
